Skill Development Training for Women and Girls at Border Area
SMCT conducted Skill Development Training Program to enhance the skill 10 self help groups (SHGs) who reside nearby border blocks of Rajouri, Samba and Kathua. The women and girls economic condition is very poor and they have been scared with firing. Their life style is very poor cause of unemployment. No industry is here to production and employment generation.
SMCT has been working for employment generation for these girls and women to develop their skill and aptitude for last three years. SMCT has trained near about 100 girls and women. Duration of these training Program is 2 to 3 months.
Skill Development Training for Youth at Border Area
SMCT conducted Skill Development Training Program to enhance the skill of youth, who reside nearby border area of district Rajouri and Kathua. The youth economic condition is very poor and they have been scared with firing. Their life style is very poor cause of unemployment. No industry is here to production or employment generation.
SMCT has been working for employment generation for these youth to develop their skill and aptitude. SMCT has trained near about 120 youth and they are economically sustained. Duration of these training Program is 2 months.
Skill Development Training for Tribal and Scheduled Cast
SMCT conducted Skill Development Training Program to enhance the skill of SC/ST Youth who reside in Rajouri area. The youth economic condition is very poor and they have been scared with firing. Their life style is very poor cause of unemployment. No industry is here to production or employment generation.
SMCT has been working for employment generation for these youth to develop their skill and aptitude. SMCT has trained near about 63 SC/ST youth and they are economically sustained. Duration of these training Program is 2 to 3 months.
Skill Development Training for Women and Girls in Rural Area
SMCT conducted Skill Development Training Program to enhance the skill of women and girls who reside in rural areas of Rajouri, Samba and Kathua district. The women and girls economic condition is very poor and they have been scared with firing and terror attack. Their life style is very poor cause of unemployment. No industry is here to production and employment generation. SMCT has been working for employment generation for these girls and women to enhance their skill. SMCT has trained near about 118 girls and women. Duration of these training Program is 2 to 3 months.
